Investments Criteria

Lindsay Capital Partners invests across private markets with a disciplined focus on maximizing returns while minimizing risk. Our strategy spans both commercial real estate and private company investments, where we acquire minority and controlling positions and actively partner with management teams to drive value through strategic, operational, and balance-sheet initiatives.

Within real estate, we focus on acquiring Class A & B properties in high-growth Sun Belt submarkets, particularly in Texas & Florida, where we see compelling opportunities for value creation. Our target acquisition size ranges from 100 to 250 units, with a preferred hold period of 1 to 7 years.

Across all investments, we target returns of 15.0%+ IRR, seeking to generate strong risk-adjusted performance while aligning with our investors’ long-term objectives.
